WE ARE A BETTER VALUE THAN OTHER FACILITIES Bring your own Food and Drink. No guard staff required. Off street parking. We want you to have fun, take care of our ficility, and have a Great Party ! Oh ya. and ... Tell a Friend. Most events: Start decorating at 10:00 am. Event ends at midnight You clean and remove all decorations. All out promptly by 1:00 am or Over Time Fees apply. Some Policies: Deposit due at time of reservation. Rental fees due 7 days before the event. Deposit refunded by check within 7 business days after the event. Additianal fee for climate control. No Deposit Refund if event is canceled Facility must be returned in same condition as before the event or Pay Cleaning Fee. All rental fees and deposits are due and payable in advance.
