Most events:
Start decorating at 10:00 am.
Lower music at 11:00 pm
Event
ends at midnight
- Begin clean up.
You clean and remove all decorations.
All out promptly
by 1:00 am or Over Time Fees apply.
Some Policies:
Cash Only
Deposit due at time of reservation.
Rental fees due 10 days before the event.
Deposit refunded 10 business days after the event.
Additianal fee for
climate control.
Facility must be returned in same condition
as before the event or Pay Cleaning
Fee. All rental fees and
deposits are due and payable in advance.
